    The stock Honda Transalp footpegs have a rubber insert, which works fine for regular street riding, but will quickly become slippery in off-road, wet and muddy conditions. You can remove those rubber inserts, but then it leaves a very small footpeg with teeth around only the outter edge. They are too small to be comfortable for standing on the bike, and they don't provide much grip at all. Fitment: 2023+ Honda Transalp XL750 Zeta's new Adventure Foopegs for the Honda Transalp XL750 are basically two footpegs in one, and offer several advantages over the stock Transalp footpegs: 1. First, the Zeta Adventure footpeg is substantially larger than the stock footpegs, which will make them much more comfortable to stand on, and the 3 rows of cleats will provide sure-footed confidence and maximum grip. The Zeta's have a 60mm step width (compared to 42mm for the stock pegs), and they Zeta's are 90mm long (compared to 70mm for the stock pegs). 2. Second, as mentioned, these are two footpegs in one. They come with an easily removable rubber insert that covers the top of the footpeg, and this can be used for general riding and commuting where comfort is key. You can then remove that rubber cover to expose the stainless steel teeth when you want more traction and grip like riding off-road or in wet and muddy conditions. 3. Finally, one other nice feature is the adjustability. The pegs have 3 positions... standard center position, offset 5mm rearward, and offset 5mm forward, so you can fine tune the position of the footpegs.
