These Schroth Rallye 4 Quick-Fit harness belts are designed specifically for the E36/E46 3 series and E39 5 series BMW's. They offer "clip-in/clip-out" convenience with a minimal amount of installation, and simply click into the female part of the BMW factory seat belt! Most points simply click into the female part of BMW factory seat belt. Where an additional attachment point is needed, a small quick release connector is installed to a readily accessible stock seat belt point in less than ten minutes. When not in use, the entire harness can be simply unclicked and removed from the car. This is the first and currently the only DOT approved aftermarket harnessbelt of its kind. The Rally-4 asm® for BMW features Schroth's patented asm (Anti-Submarining Mechanism) shoulder belt design that during an accident greatly reduces the likelihood of submarining, limits peak loads on the chest and neck, and reduces intense contact with the airbag.
